23:23 - Signal

When cops from different eras collaborate each other to deal with unsolved criminal cases using an ancient and malfunctioning walkie-talkie as a medium of communications across time. The radio signal will only begin operating at 23:23 o'clock in every correspondence between cops. The investigation of the case would not have been successful if it had not been supported by a lady inspector who had suffered an unforgettable deeply hurt in the past when her lover disappeared without a trace. Furthermore, every time the past is altered, we have no way of predicting whether the occurrences in the present will be positive or negative.
